Artwork and files
A press-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, PNG and JPG. Supply CMYK at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed on every side and keep text at least 4mm inside the trim line. Outline your fonts or embed them in the PDF.
Resolution, colour mode, bleed, safe margins, embedded fonts and total ink coverage. If anything fails we email you within a few hours with what needs changing, before you are charged for a run.
Often not at print size. Send it anyway and the studio will tell you whether it holds up or needs redrawing. A redraw starts at ₹499 through Design Services.
Build them as C40 M30 Y30 K100 rather than 100% K alone. Flat K on a large area prints as a washed grey. Our preflight flags this on any solid area larger than a business card.
Proofs and printing
It will match the proof, which is the thing worth matching. Screens are RGB and backlit, paper is CMYK and reflective, so an exact screen match is not physically possible. We colour-manage per substrate and check the press sheet against the approved proof.
Whoever you nominate at checkout. The proof link goes to their email and nothing runs until they approve it. On corporate accounts you can fix a standing approver.
Until it enters the press stage, yes — contact the orders desk. Once it is on press the sheets are committed and changes mean a fresh run at full cost.
It varies by product. Visiting cards start at 100 pieces, flyers at 100, packaging at 50, apparel at 10. Each product page states its minimum.
Delivery and returns
Three working days from proof approval for most products, five for packaging and signage. Same-day dispatch is available on visiting card orders of 100 to 500 pieces placed before 11am.
Free on orders above ₹999. Below that, delivery is charged by weight and destination, shown at checkout before payment.
Yes, on business and corporate accounts. The bulk desk sets up staggered delivery across branches on a schedule you choose.
Report it within seven days of delivery with photos and we reprint at our cost. Errors present in an approved proof are not covered, so check proofs carefully.
Orders, account and pricing
It is in your confirmation email and on the Orders tab of your account, in the form VP-00000.
Yes. Past orders keep their specs and artwork, so Reorder on the Orders tab repeats the run at current rates in one click.
Yes, emailed on dispatch. Add your GSTIN at checkout or save it on your account and it appears on every invoice automatically.
Unit price drops automatically at set quantities — for visiting cards at 250, 500, 1,000 and 5,000. The product page shows every slab so you can see whether ordering more is cheaper overall.
Twenty-four months from the last order that used it. Saved files are listed under Saved artwork in your account and you can delete any of them at any time.
